Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1. The terms of sale apply to the rights and obligations arising when purchasing goods between clients of the online store peopallid.ee (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) and the owner of peopallid.ee, Melior Group OÜ (hereinafter referred to as PEOPALLID.EE).

1.2. The owner of the online store is Melior Group OÜ (registration code: 12869074, legal address: Tornimäe tn 5, Tallinn 10145),

1.3. An order placed by the Client constitutes a purchase and sale agreement. PEOPALLID.EE reserves the right to cancel an order if necessary.

1.4. PEOPALLID.EE reserves the right to unilaterally change and supplement these terms and conditions and the price list. Changes and additions to the terms and conditions and price list come into force from the moment the specified information is published on the website www.peopallid.ee. If the Client made his order before the changes in the conditions came into force, then the conditions in force at the time of submitting the order apply to the Client, unless otherwise provided by law or these conditions.

1.5. By placing an order and making an advance payment in the PEOPALLID.EE online store, the Client confirms that he has read the terms of sale and agrees with them.


2. DELIVERY

2.1. The client can choose one of the following delivery methods:

- FREE receipt of goods from our PEOPALLID.EE showroom during opening hours Mon-Sat 10:00-18:00, Sun 10:00-15:00.

- collection at a Cargobus, Itella or Omniva parcel machine (except for helium-filled balloons).

- by courier to the address specified by the Client Mon-Sun 10:00-21:00 (1) Courier within Tallinn, 2) Courier (Peetri, Tabasalu, Kakumäe, Tiskre, Viimsi).

2.2. Salon PEOPALLID.EE reserves the right to change delivery methods.


3. GOODS, SERVICES

3.1. Products and services – all products and services presented in the online store www.peopallid.ee. The home page may contain product images for illustrative purposes.


4. PRICE LIST

4.1. Prices for products sold in the PEOPALLID.EE online store are indicated next to the products.

4.2. Prices for goods sold in the PEOPALLID.EE online store are indicated in euros and include VAT.

4.3. The price of delivery of goods depends on the delivery method chosen by the Client when placing an order.

4.4. PEOPALLID.EE reserves the right to adjust prices, postage costs and the cost of other additional services. If the Client made his order before the price change came into force, then the price that was reflected in the prepayment invoice at the time of placing the order is applied to the Client.


5. ORDERING

5.1. To order a product, you must add the desired items to your cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The screen then displays the amount due, which can be paid using a bank link or other payment solution. A service fee may be added to the cost of the order in accordance with the agreement concluded between the Client and the bank.

5.2. The agreement comes into force from the moment the amount for the order is received in the PEOPALLID.EE bank account.

5.3. If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to stock out of stock or for any other reason, the Client will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded, usually within 3 working days. Depending on the payment method, the transfer may take up to 7 business days.


6. ISSUING ORDERS

6.1. PEOPALLID.EE salon - the goods are issued to the Client upon presentation of an identification document and order number. In the absence of an identification document, PEOPALLID.EE may refuse to issue the goods.


7. DELIVERY

7.1. Receiving goods from parcel machines (except for balloons filled with helium):

7.1.1. When delivering the goods to the Itella or Omniva parcel terminal chosen by the Client, a delivery fee of 4.99 euros is added to the price of the goods.

7.1.2. Ordered goods will be shipped no later than three business days after receiving payment. The goods are completed according to the availability of goods in the PEOPALLID.EE showroom.

7.1.3. The Client receives an SMS notification about the arrival of the goods at the parcel machine, containing a unique door code for opening the door of the parcel machine.

7.1.4. If the Client has not received the goods from the parcel machine after the expiration of the storage period, PEOPALLID.EE considers that the Client has canceled the order, and PEOPALLID.EE undertakes to return the purchase amount to the Client (excluding delivery costs) no later than within 14 calendar days , to the same bank account from which the purchase was made.

7.1.5. Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the Customer within 3 working days from the date of entry into force of the sales contract. PEOPALLID.EE is not responsible for delays in delivery of goods if the goods were handed over to logistics partners on time and the delivery delay is caused by circumstances that PEOPALLID.EE could not influence or foresee.

7.1.6. PEOPALLID.EE is not responsible for damage caused to the Client if, for reasons beyond the control of PEOPALLID.EE, third parties received a unique code for the parcel machine and the goods were received based on this code.


7.2. Delivery of goods by courier (including balloons filled with helium):

7.2.1. To receive the goods by courier at the desired address, when placing an order, you must indicate the time period, address in the comments and select “Courier in Tallinn” or “Courier (Peetri, Tabasalu, Kakumäe, Tiskre, Viimsi)”.

7.2.2. When choosing to deliver goods by courier, a delivery cost will be added to the price of the goods, the amount of which depends on the Client’s location and will be displayed when placing an order.

7.2.3. At the Client's request, perishable goods, such as balloons filled with helium, are delivered on the same day within 2 hours (Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 21:00) after receipt of payment to the PEOPALLID.EE account.


8. RETURN OF GOODS AND MONEY

8.1. Products ordered in the online store - all products except balloons filled with helium.

8.2. The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.

8.3. When using the right of withdrawal, the Client is obliged to return the goods to PEOPALLID.EE no later than within 14 days.

8.4. The Client may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract if the goods have not been used or damaged. Transportation costs associated with the return are borne by the Client. Items must be returned in the original shipping packaging.

8.5. Returned items (except helium balloons) must be unused and undamaged. The Client has the right to inspect the goods in a manner that is usually permitted in the store, and the Client is responsible for reducing the value of the goods when inspecting the goods if he used the goods in a manner other than intended.

8.6. If the Client refuses the transaction, PEOPALLID.EE will return the purchase amount to the Client, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the date PEOPALLID.EE receives the request to return the goods. Refunds are made to the same bank account from which the purchase was paid.

8.7. In case of damage to the returned goods, the Client is responsible for the decrease in value due to the use of the goods. If the Client damages the returned goods, PEOPALLID.EE has the right to demand compensation from the Client for the decrease in value caused by the use of the goods.

8.8. PEOPALLID.EE has the right to refuse to refund the purchase amount if it is a perishable product (including helium-filled balloons).


9. CHECKING THE PRODUCT

9.1. Upon receipt of the goods, the Client is obliged to check its condition. If defects are found, you must immediately notify PEOPALLID.EE by phone (+372) 53 44 29 21 or email [email protected], if possible take a photograph of the product.

9.2. In the event that the Client, upon receipt of the goods, discovers that an incorrect or defective product was sent to him, or that the goods did not reach the Client in good condition and in closed packaging, PEOPALLID.EE must be immediately informed about this.

9.3. In the event that the Client inadvertently damages the packaging, i.e. it was possible to open the packaging of the goods without damaging it, then PEOPALLID.EE has the right to demand compensation for damage caused when returning the goods.

9.4. PEOPALLID.EE is responsible for the goods purchased by the Client during their transportation. From the moment the goods are received, the risk of damage passes to the Client.


10. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES

10.1. PEOPALLID.EE is liable to the Client for damage caused by violation of these conditions in cases provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

10.2. The Client is liable to PEOPALLID.EE for damage caused by violation of these conditions in cases provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

10.3. Neither party shall be liable to the other party nor shall its conduct be deemed to be in breach of these terms by reason of any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations unless the cause of such delay or failure was beyond that party's control (force majeure).

10.4. PEOPALLID.EE does not compensate the Client for moral damages that may be caused to the Client by changes in delivery times, prices and other conditions within the framework of these conditions. PEOPALLID.EE does not compensate the Client for changes in delivery times, prices and other conditions that arise due to unforeseen circumstances.


11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1. If the Client has complaints against the online store, they must be sent by email to [email protected] or by phone (+372) 53 44 29 21.

11.2. If the Client and PEOPALLID.EE cannot resolve disputes through negotiations between the parties, both the Client and PEOPALLID.EE have the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Department or to court to protect their rights.
